I hope you all had a great weekend. My sister and I made a very last minute decision at 10pm on Saturday night to head out ... spontaneity is always best! I met so many readers and it was honestly a pleasure having the chats with you all, I hope there weren't too many sore heads on Sunday!
Aldi's new fitness gear hit stores nationwide on 14th April and I thought it may be of interest to some of you now that summer is approaching and we hit the gyms more frequently. Everything is so reasonable which is an added bonus and I have included as much detail as possible so set the date in your diary to include a few pieces when you are out grocery shopping!

Ladies’ Running Jacket €14.99 which packs neatly into its own chest pocket. Hem cord for adjustability and hydrophilic (water repellent) finish. Lightweight and available in all-over print or violet and sizes S-L

Premium Running Shoes €25.99 - these are dedicated to intense performance. They have a soft cushioning behaviour so are gentle on arches, muscles and joints and are a good fit so reduce chafe and pressure marks. They have have a strong stability which are padded for comfort and are reflective for safety. These will be available in petrol blue/pink in sizes 4-7.




Running Shoes €19.99 per pair - Perfect for beginners or everyday wear and will be available in coral/aqua/violet, sizes 4-7. They are padded for extra comfort and support and have shock-absorbent soles. Optimal foothold and stability
